U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth joined sailors aboard the USS Boxer for a morning workout ahead of the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore — and it included the Ickey Shuffle. Hegseth, wearing a “This Is War” t-shirt, was filmed doing the hip mobility drill near a fighter jet alongside troops and his wife.
