Caught on CCTV: Woman appears to put hair in dish before demanding replacement
A restaurant has released CCTV footage that it says shows a diner placing a strand of hair into a child’s macaroni-and-cheese before calling over a waiter to complain. It later reviewed the footage and decided to make it public, saying small hospitality businesses already face enough challenges without dealing with alleged false complaints and threats of negative online campaigns.
