'Get the files out': Hillary Clinton slams Trump Administration over 'cover-up' of Epstein Files
While attending the Munich Security Conference and speaking in Berlin last week, Hillary Clinton ignited a fresh round of public sparring with the Trump administration. Speaking to the BBC, Clinton accused the Trump administration of a "continuing cover-up" of the Epstein Files. Hillary's statements come days before she and her husband, Bill Clinton, testify before a congressional committee handling the case. Hillary is scheduled to testify on February 26, followed by the former U.S. President on February 27.

"Get the files out. They are slow-walking it," Hillary told the BBC and accused the Trump administration of pulling their names in the matter to divert attention from the President. "Look at this shiny object. We're going to have the Clintons, even Hillary Clinton, who never met the guy," she told the BBC. Notably, Democrats have questioned the DOJ's role in the handling of the Epstein Files, accusing them of protecting co-conspirators linked to the sex trafficker, while failing to protect the victims.
We won’t stop until we expose every single one of Epstein’s co-conspirators and get justice for survivors.

Earlier, during Attorney General Pam Bondi's testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, Democratic lawmakers accused the DOJ of orchestrating a 'massive cover-up' by redacting the names of potential co-conspirators while simultaneously failing to protect the identities of over 1,000 victims. "We have nothing to hide. We have called for the full release of these files repeatedly. We think sunlight is the best disinfectant," Hillary told the BBC.
I have called for the full release of the Epstein files. I have provided a sworn statement of what I know. And just this week, I’ve agreed to appear in person before the committee. But it’s still not enough for Republicans on the House Oversight Committee.

As of February 2026, the DOJ, led by Bondi, has released approximately 3.5 million pages of files related to Jeffrey Epstein, and among them, one of the most explosive (and disputed) items remains an unverified FBI tip, discovered by social media users due to faulty redactions, alleging that Trump witnessed the abuse of a minor, and other tips that mention the President. The Justice Department has called the contents of these documents "untrue and sensationalist claims" that were submitted to the FBI shortly before the 2020 election.

During an interaction with reporters on Air Force One, President Trump responded to Hillary's statements, saying that she suffers from "Trump derangement syndrome." "I have nothing to hide. I have been exonerated. I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein," Trump said, adding, "They're (the Clintons) getting pulled in, and that's their problem. They'll have to see what happens. I watched her (Hillary) in Munich, and she seriously has 'Trump Derangement Syndrome'...They've been pulled in. Clinton and many other Democrats have been pulled in."

As per the BBC report, Hillary Clinton had met Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's convicted associate, "on a few occasions", while Bill said he was acquainted with Epstein but cut off contact two decades ago. The former President also appears in several photographs, including images showing him in a swimming pool and hot tub. However, no evidence has surfaced linking either Clinton to criminal wrongdoing.
