We should not try to distract someone else in intermediate case when they are working for and what is inspiration is required as mentor definitely you should have and keep hope that you get favorble result. When any senior try to observe all time person then leaner have feelings like sneaky so you try to Isolate for certain time then you have to approch then they have psychological pressure than how much complexcity there in any particular work. We need to give anyone strenght all the way so you can anyone chance to grow. Some person who have negative intention they only want to complete your job but no more extra support to anyone to grow. Anyone act responsible to feel all their consequence so you can only keep compassion even they made little mistake and done your job,thats it’s what any person needed to as senior.
