Just dance and walk in your house. When I started my diet, I was 118 pounds heavier. I only had energy to walk around rooms in my house and that’s what I did, for 20 minutes I had music going and I marched and walked from room to room until I was ready to get out and tackle the sidewalks and then to the beach, 3 miles a day, 5 days a week. Just start somewhere………
Change your addictions…key to peace and health…my addiction was sugar, very hard one to let go of…
