Sadly, of the very few friends only 2 people are still my friends. Everyone else turned their back on me. No family here either and the worse part was having to leave my loved chihuahuas behind. That, was the hardest thing to do. Still is. A lot of people doesn’t understand the process and are totally unaware of what NarcPTSD. Not fun to experience. -

Thank you. It has not been easy and I can feel I still have much more to learn, let go and deal with (specially trust issues), but the change is imminent and that exactly why he has gotten worse. I’m not only feeling that changes but I’m certainly wanting the changes. I want to be myself again.-
