HOT FLUSHES – get me out of here!Sundays, a day I usually put aside for relaxing while I enjoy a leisurely breakfast dressed in my pyjamas. No rushing, just the pleasure that I can look like scary Mary for as long as I choose, providing of course I’m not caught by someone knocking on my front door. Then, I might giggle afterwards as to the s…Read More

Thank you dear Maria for your thoughts on sound and silence! Our world has become increasingly noise-filled and it's up to us to make space for silent healing periods within our days. Your NDE seems to have accentuated the necessity for peace in healing. May we find peace within so we might spread peace in our world. With love! xo

This is a great article. I can relate to it in many ways as I too have had many issues with sounds, tinnitus and brain fog and because I have chosen a quiet space regularly and no longer listen to television and more often than not I choose the sounds in my home and my brain seems to be healing. Right now I can hear the birds singing outside, an oscillating fan and thunder in the distance. I notice which sounds lift me up and drag me down as well. Thank you for sharing. I am grateful for this awareness in my life.

Love this! The sound of the ocean waves! Quiet is my go-to on our deck overlooking the lake. Stillness & nature.❤

Love this article Maria! Beautiful, practical advice that I'm looking forward to trying. I used to be a “happy insomniac” but since I've been trying a more holistic approach, I'm sleeping so much better. Thank you for adding to the toolbox. xo

What a spot on article about the real symptoms of menopause. I know it threw me for a loop for quite some time. I was surprised how it affected me in so many ways. I guess that's why they call it the change.
