Great article Jackie! I was grateful to learn about pain being our friend, whether emotional or physical pain and that we can lean into it, allow it and push through it and to also realize it's a reminder that something is out of alignment. It truly is a process...

Great article and helpful ideas for using less sugar each day. I have done pretty good eliminating most sugar once I realized that it's in nearly everything that isn't a whole food. Looking forward to checking out your recipe book. Thank you Partha Nandi!

I get this. I do miss when my whole crew was around. It's not the same when people split up and others move and then our family misses out because a divorce took place. I did something different this year and was part of a group who made blessing...

This is a great read for me. I can and do love people from a distance and have learned to set boundaries. I still fall short at times with my adult children and other family but I am getting better as I must be fully responsible for...
