    A Thousand Droplets

Out of lifeless nightfall breaks a glistening sun ready to scatter its revitalizing rays
Every piece of thy soul, every part of thy spirit, and every fiber of thy being delights
Like how the entire cosmo opens its vastness for a newly birth star
Thou silently welcome the gift of life
Thy breath, thy blood, and thy mind…Read More

    Life is Like the Ocean

Life is like the ocean. On the surface, everything may appear calm. But underneath, there is always more going on that we can't see.

Sometimes this is beneficial, particularly when life is overwhelming. If we were able to anticipate all the waves, twists and turns that life throws at us, we'd end up worrying about…Read More

Sundays, a day I usually put aside for relaxing while I enjoy a leisurely breakfast dressed in my pyjamas. • What a spot on article about the real symptoms of menopause. I know it threw me for a loop for quite some time. I was surprised how it affected me in so many ways. I guess that's why they call it the change.

      • Smiling, I’m delighted you enjoyed it Lynn 😊 It was an important article to write and although very personal, it felt needed to let others know they are not alone in this rite of passage. Have a blessed day x

  • You are loved. You are not alone. The people within arms length may not understand your heart. Don't judge them for it. Love them in spite of it. Love them more because of it. Believe it or not, there is someone out there feeling just like you right this moment.

    • So beautifully written. Thank you Sarah for sharing your insight and wisdom. This was a great reminder to be grateful and fully present. Our lives get so busy that we lose sight of the importance of what is right there in front of us. So obvious but so easily lost in our crazy schedules and to-do lists. Thank you!!!!!

    • Thank you Sarah for this beautiful article.
You have captured, in a few words, the importance and power of human connection,
Our eyes are indeed, Windows to the soul.
And in this age of potential distraction, in every moment, it's all to easy for us to forget the simple, yet powerful act, of truly looking into another's eyes. ❤

      • Thanks Julia ❤️. Yes we are so distracted by technology and our ’to do’ lists that we often don’t make eye contact. Thanks for sharing your insightful thoughts Julia, Sarah x

    • Love that you are sharing this deeply personal story. I think so many people can relate. Thank you, Kate. ❤

    • Great article Jo! My parents passed many years ago, although this resonates with where im at with my sister who is 8 years older. Which considering im in my 60s is crazy!
Guess expansion of consciousness is expansion of consciousness regardless of age, and will always make those who want everthing to stay the same uncomortable!
Thanks so much for sharing this Jo!

    • Thanks for sharing! A lot of truth here that I dealt with myself when I went home as “me.” Definitely trying to be more in tune and supportive with my children as they find themselves!

      • It's certainly hard not to project our fears onto our children. However, I would say that your life's work is a testament to allowing others to find themselves…especially your kiddos!

    • I loved this! As a mother and grandmother your words are so true!

    • Love this and the journey you took us through!! Very relatable, it's crazy the back and forth we go through in these relationships. Letting go of approval was huge for me and a work in progress. Fabulous article!!

    • I sometimes sit back and say, “I love my crazy monkeys and lions…but it's NOT my circus.” Lol! They are are the leads in their play. I only get a walk-on role. I better be an example of love and acceptance. Then they will want to and choose to make themselves present in my life as they become adults. It's tough for us crazy control freaks! XOXO

    • Once again a beautifully written article! What a great description of change and growth on so many levels. Many only see the end result/highlights of tough decision or narrow path in growth neglecting to realize all the challenges but exceptional depth and worth. Thank you for sharing your heart, experience, and knowledge. Keep shining bright!!

    • That's great! Good luck and take your time!

    • OMG! I LOVE this!! I completely agree that it's in the quiet, inspiration can be found. Brilliant!

      • You might be in a puddle on the floor for in minute but if you breathe it in and let it out…something amazing, comforting or just freaking epic might pop in your brain. Maybe light a fire of a forgotten passion or completely new direction! That thought is MUCH more exciting than longing for excess or the return if crapoy friends! Lol!

    • Excellent! Thank you. Addressed exactly where I am right now.

    • Love this Jo! Saying YES and NEXT are my new mantras, my mind applauds the simplicity. Thank you x

      • Glad you liked it! A simple way to move through the empty space of a new beginning or even to begin stepping out of the messy past!

    • I loved this article so much..I could totally relate to it..I have been in that vacuum quite a few times and I am so glad that you showed this new perspective..Thanks for sharing this message <3
