    • Invaluable advice, great article, very topical at the moment. Lots of people can’t find inner peace, including myself. It’s the hardest prize to win.     • Thanks!Gilbert Ross💖💐Quite a nice..inspiring..realistic article..This life is a real hustle and bustle…we have to cope up daily tidy routine tasks with more advance ways…bundle.bundle full of works..and we are apt to deal a lot stuff..By using Simple tiny Steps we can make the best use of our gut instincts and capabilities ..to do works with bit Ease and don't hurry…up to be around the clock all the time..We as humans are bound to our duties..and responsibities…daily works can be look hard but withmannarisum…Ethics..Stability …planning. ..management of time..we should get most of the benefit from daily tasks..by dealing them in. simple ways…Do less..but Do what's v.important..and when you have a light Schedule of your daily priority works .you should focus on the best management of time with ease and practice…Nowadays life is complex..and quite ,quite heavy..and With lot of details and complexed structures..it doesn't mean we have to take unnessary Stress..and trap in the rush of getting works done with perfection…wht works are done by taking Simple methods and teqniques..can make most pleasent affects…it's of course upto us to use the Balanced ..light ways to make difficult and tidy routine tasks bit easy..     • This is a great article in modern days we see people running from morning till and they are very much stressed and worried the reason for this may be due to more wants hence more worries . a regular life style and meditation wail calm down if done daily.the world is not going to stop or fall down if we take some off for reflecting in our mind do it regularly. unwanted” needs “are to be cut down

    • I accumulated too much stuff while going through a spell of feeling empty, depressed and lonely. I filled this void by buying handbags, shoes, jewellery, perfume etc., and as a result, cluttered my house. The stuff still has labels on them, I’ve firgotten where it is, what I’ve got and my house is a mess now. I’ve tried to modify this compulsion to buy, but I’m not out of the woods yet. This is an excellent article, and explains everything so perfectly. I do have to break the ever swirling cycle of wanting, not needing cycle, as it’s destroying my environment and mental health.

I try to grasp over my sadness by indulging soon in activity I love to do as hearing music.dance .some meditation that give me boosting energy to become happy.. and my heart get more strong .So to live a healthy life for all..Eat well..eat.. balanced diets .exercise . Laugh..be happy.. be positive.be confident …be ĺoving..caring compassionate.life will be worth living.. ❤💐Amen

We will need 2 cups short grain rice, 2 medium onions finely chopped, 2/3 cup of black raisins dipped in water for half an hour, 3 cloves, 1/2 tea spoon of coriander seeds, 1/2 tea spoon of Magical Curcumin, 2 table spoons 🐄 cow’s butter, 2 table spoon of olive oil, 3-4 cups of water, et voilà now we can All be Forever Young!!!❤️💕♥️

    • I’m afraid I’m not aware. There’s so many good products out there. I just started my lemon water drink. Curcumin does seem to have many benefits which would be useful for me. I will look in my health shop on Monday. Can you take those tablets with other medication?

    • I have been diagnosed with osteo arthritis in 2013 which doc said I was too young but it's my job that brought it on early n my mother has it. I have found 3 ingredients of inflammatory herbs that work wonders for me n keep pain away. I have 2 arthritis knots on 2 of my fingers that were terribly painful n now have no pain n they haven't gotten worse at all. I take a combination of 850mg black raspberry, 1400mg blackseed oil & 400mg grapeseed, once a day if I'm not working but my job of repetitive hand movement I'll take it twice when I'm working. This keeps me pain free. I've been using this combination of inflammatory herbs for 4yrs n never had to increase. I tried turmeric n added it to my intake but didn t notice a difference but it could be because I didn't take a large enough dose so I stopped the turmeric, maybe I'll try again but there are alot of different inflammatory herbs out there to explore, I'll stick with my remedy, it works wonders for me! Hope it helps others too!!😊
