    • One tries in every way to prove their virtuoso me including . But to constantly sing one note of release in order to lay blame when the chase was really love is beyond self righteous. Fits your own puzzle to feed you're superiority than to avoid the truth of your irresponsible hurtful ways. You can't even say you're sorry because you're so blameless while the other is chasing. Give me a break. May you find warmth in your on vision which is true loneliness and has no room for your dearest home.

I love it..and fully agreed to your powerful thoughts..That letting Go,is an art and a practice..we have to let go Somethings to sooth our Soul and mind..and yeah it needs a lot practice..As much you trust on yourself,your will power is must..Your stable thoughts..and motivations should be normal..and we should think about the benefits that can make our lives magical and with positive energies how letting go..of some irritating..disturbing..worrying thoughts.. or happenings.. our rough behaviours..can make our lives happy ,healthy and peaceful..When we learn through therapies.. soul mind easing yoga…to gain peaceful mind..we can a lot good for our lifes and we can lead a purpose ful life for all..but unless we are committed to be in patience..learn to be cool..relaxxx.. and calm
      .we can't gain peace of mind..and soul..we need in our daily lives to be on healthy nomes..to be in ease.to forget and forgive..to do such daily activities that make it easy for us to let go things..and of course it needs practice.. practice makes a man perfect..Any thing needs practice.. As a player needs practice to be star…a Student needs practice to get good marks..I mean to say in any field if you wanna be successful you need a lot practice..Same if you want to lead a Stable.happy healthy life ..you have to practice the mind activity to be relax..take things light.. forget ..forgive..love Your self..care your Soul.. mind and body..Be your true friend and Love,care ..respect all..As love is the Secret to be in peace..contentment..relaxed..and when we we let go..we make our souls relaxed..So our inputs in life will be marvelòus..and pĺeasent…and outcomes will be great.. So let go..and get the most out of life..Although life is not a bed of roses..we have to make it easy..and soothed through out our lives..we have to face hardships..we have to face pains .we get happy moments..we get sad moments..but if we learn to face life with bit ease..with courage..with will power..it gives us the energy and Stamina to make it worth living as much we can..❤💐Amen

    • This is one amazing piece. Your advice was well put and well received (by me). You've given me several new tools to use to help in releasing things. The old saying of “do what works” is true, isn't it? Some of the things you mentioned, I've known for a long time, but have gone away from or just forgotten about. I will bring them back into my life and work towards making 2019 one of my best years ever!
