When my daughter was murdered 2.5 yrs ago, I was searching for ways to get thru it. This past fall I was asked to speak at the Victim Candlelight service. I really want to help those people. I was told that my speech was so impactful that they had never seen people respond in that way in 19 years. I think you have to want to help others and use your experiences as your guide.
