Moodiness is bcz sometimes we are in the process of sufferring. Sometimes you can’t be getting off from suffer and pain. Bcz pain is unseparatable from life.
Esp when exsausted.and fighting pain…Ive learned if I dont Love me and my flaws how will anyone notice anything but my flaws.ππππβ£π

So in my current relationship I have a lot of insecuritys and I feel as tho my partner has more of the power because of my lack of confidence how do I build that nback up and rebalance the power so that I don’t have to worry that she will cheat or that she won’t think I’m enough
Let her know how you feel – talk to her when you feel you can. You can also write down your thoughts so you don’t get lost thoughts when talking to & with her. “Conversation is an EQUAL exchange of ENERGY’. (y)
