Directions
If you prefer a hot tortilla, quickly heat in a pan or on a gas burner until desired crispness. Remove the sprouted tortilla from the pan and begin layering your ingredients along the center. Sprinkle on pepper, dried oregano and any other herbs to personal taste. To keep the wrap low in calories and fat, we always advise to skip any dairy products including cheese or dressings. A squeeze of fresh lemon or a splash of vinegar gives this wrap the perfect zest.
Ingredients
- 1 Sprouted Tortilla
- 1 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- Cucumber, diced
- Arugula or Romane Lettuce
- Kalamata Olives, sliced
- Red Onion, sliced
- Feta Cheese Optional (Not advised as Healthy)
- 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 t. Red Wine Vinegar
- Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions for Lite Tahini Dressing
In a bowl or food processor, combine ingredients and whip together.

- 2 T. Tahini
- 2 Lemons, squeezed
- ΒΌ Cup Water
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 t. Braggβs Liquid Aminos
- Salt & Pepper to taste
