I have felt a way for many years but never could really put it into words until I came across a reading by Chade-Meng Tan. From his book “Joy on Demand”. Paraphrasing here, along the lines of “mindfulness is a form of meditation just like jogging is one of many forms of exercise” When I read that, it came clear; in the essence of being mindful you are giving yourself space as a meditation.
What do you think of the concept of this? Do you feel there may be more to it? Something else?
