    I came into a practice of meditating regularly and noticed that I also experienced higher states of feeling Gratitude and being aware of the feeling of Gravitas. It seems like there is a process of reciprocation between the two. Carving out time for meditating helped with Gratitude and feeling Gratitude helped with meditating.

    Has anyone else experienced this?
