The most powerful two words in our lives is “I am”.
How we speak to ourselves is a habit. It is the bridge between our unconscious beliefs and our conscious thoughts. I am so stupid” to “I am always learning”. How we speak to ourselves as a habit and when we are not consciously aware, our habit tracks all the negativity and positivity that we command.

This is completely spot on Noelle..Our self dialogue may either uplift us or tear us down.. My mom always says that the “energy” who grants all wishes may come to you anytime and grant anything that comes out of your mouth..So be mindful of what you put out in the Universe..Our spoken words are more powerful than our thoughts because we just gave them voice and that voice stays in the Universe in the form of frequency.

Thank you. Wise words from you mom. Even the unspoken words, what we think carries energy too! Thank you for sharing that.

Yes @noelledodge! Our habits aren't just physical; we have mental habits too. It's like a mental roommate. Its definitely a good thing for us all to check out what kind of roommate we have 🙂

I was just speaking on this with a nurse at Mom’s appointment!

Very interesting thread. “I am” – the power of our thought life – the power of the spoken word – quite possibly more profound than we are able to tangibly conceptualize. Always fascinating. 😉
