    AVOCADO πŸ₯‘ AND TOMATOES πŸ… ON BREAD 🍞
    5 mins. 310 calories 1 serving
    Protein 9g, Fat 17g, Carb 30g

    Ingredients:
    1/4 avocado πŸ₯‘ (-50g)
    3 walnuts (-10g)
    1 tomatoes πŸ… (-100g)
    Optional: a tiny bit of salt and pepper
    Directions:
    1. Toast the bread if desired
    2. Peel, removed pit and mash the avocado. Mix with salt and pepper.
    3. Spread the avocado on bread.
    4. Wash and slice the tomatoe, chop the walnut(s) and
    top the avocado with both.
    Enjoy your breakfast ❀️
