AVOCADO 🥑 AND TOMATOES 🍅 ON BREAD 🍞

Protein 9g, Fat 17g, Carb 30g
1/4 avocado 🥑 (-50g)
3 walnuts (-10g)
1 tomatoes 🍅 (-100g)
Optional: a tiny bit of salt and pepper
1. Toast the bread if desired
2. Peel, removed pit and mash the avocado. Mix with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the avocado on bread.
4. Wash and slice the tomatoe, chop the walnut(s) and
top the avocado with both.
