Plus, you can drink it throughout the day as part of a regular routine but warm lemon water is most effective in the morning when you are starting your day. Why not add lemon to your water? It adds some great flavor and it increases the benefits of the water to your health.

But I only say..Lemon has really beneficial effects on our health.. in hit and humid areas it helps in the problem of dehydration because of excessive heat…when used with water..it’s good to use in salads…it do reduced weight.. it’s good to use in diets…it is refreshing and soothing.. for mind and Soul.. Where’s the recipe??? Please be specific… fresh lemon? How much in proportion to water??? Should we boil water first? Warm out of the tap sends shivers up my spine.

Tap water boil refrigerate or buy bottled put your water in a picture wash rinse 2 large lemons cut them like a tomato put them in your water overnight get a coffee cup in am put the lemon water and warm up and drink it or a tall glass of cold during the day and yes you can cut up extra lemon leave it in the fridge and add a extra slice to your cold or hot beverage

No I only drink lemon put fresh lemon everytime I make a 30 oz. I make many times a day I do drink warm 1st. Thing in morning but rest of day I put it in ice ,water , fresh lemon everytime I o live in southwestern Arizonaitz will over 100 degrees at this time of year .

You can also add some salt to the water coz you lost salts while you sleep

During summer when it comes to mowing the lawn, I’ve found that it doesn’t take long before I need to drink some cold water but I guess that by squeezing some lemon juice into the water, it could be more beneficial to the body.

My greatest achievement was that prior to planting a lemon seedling last year in February during summer, I dug out a certain amount of clay of about 3′ down below and replaced it with more soil mixed with dried leaves, horse manure and fertiliser which made a big difference to the yield of my lemon tree. The crop from that lemon tree yielded 3 beautiful lemons which were 4″ long and 3″ wide and after picking one, I shared it with the family when we ate fish and chips for tea and they thought I was a great gardener!

So there’s the secret to life, you only get out of it by what you put into it initially.

I’ve been drinking warm Lemon Honey water first thing in the morning instead of reaching for coffee for a couple months now. I haven’t been sick but haven’t really noticed any of these other benefits 😑

I read somewhere about boiling cut up lemons and adding honey to sweeten it. I gave up soda and had to replace it with something refreshing..so far it tastes good and I don’t crave pop as much

I love lemon water my Mother used to drink it when i was a little girl and I didn’t know how she could drink it. Now I drink it a lot and she doesn’t haha. I go through highs and lows with this but there is some level of consistency in drinking lemon water. It us just so refreshing and feel so good!

It is certainly a miraculous natural cocktail!!! I also like to boil my water in mint or basil 🌿 and then add lemon, honey and cinnamon sticks. Lemon, vinegar and baking soda are healthy natural cleaners for our house and clothes!!! Hippocrate advised that Apple 🍎 cider vinegar is extremely valuable for our health!!!
