3 Simple Steps to Experience Bliss

So how can you raise your vibrations, how can you go through life with that powerful, unshakeable feeling of well-being?

Some people have it, most people don’t.

And let me tell you straight away, it doesn’t come from the big house and the big car. There is no happiness or greatness to be found in material things of themselves.

Some people radiate happiness and fulfillment no matter what their outside circumstances look like, they experience a well-being and a peace of mind in a natural way. How do they do that?

What is their secret to happiness and bliss?

After many, many life lessons, after surviving a stage-4 cancer and through guiding many clients to more fulfillment and happiness in life, I have found that these 3 simple steps accelerate experiencing bliss in a phenomenal way.

In some people’s eyes these steps may seem too simple, but don’t be mistaken, if you are serious about being in a bliss, experiencing this deep sense of well-being, there is no cheating, experiencing bliss is the highest possible vibration and vibrations cannot be fooled.

So how can you raise your vibrations, how can you go through life with that powerful, unshakeable feeling of well-being?


1. Be of Service

One of the most rapid ways to forget about your own worries, your own struggles is to go out and help someone in need. Go out and be or service of someone who is in a far more difficult situation than you are. It will put your troubles in a whole new perspective.

Being focused on the well-being of someone else give you a sense of fulfillment that nothing can equal. Once you can go beyond your self-interest, rise above your smallness; the Universal is at your side, you expand and infinite horizons are at sight.

2. Give (what you want to receive)

Once you give with heart and soul, with no intentions of getting back, give freely, you will receive in unseen ways. Giving makes you the richest person in the Universe because it makes you realize that YOU are the source of your abundance.

The more of your life you give to others, the more happy and fulfilling, the greater and the grander, the more rich and beautiful it becomes, because you impact and inspire others, you leave an imprint on their soul that they will always remember. And admit, it is the only thing we can leave behind in this lifetime.

No property, no money, no status, no reputation will bless you more than giving with a genuine heart. And we all have something to give, our time, our attention, our love, our humor, our expertise, … 


3. Go into Silence and Surrender

Go into silence every day, preferably in the early morning and commune with the Infinite. Listen to that Voice of Eternity and surrender, knowing that the Divine is silently waiting within you to guide you.

Acknowledging that Power within you, knowing that you are loved and supported always, relieves you from the burden that you have to lead your live on your own, makes you realize that you are not alone; that you have always access to a Wisdom that is Universal.

Whatever the situation in your life is right now, in whatever area of your life, personal, professional, spiritual, remember that you can find a way to experience bliss and well-being regardless of your outer circumstances.

And yes, it demands courage, discipline and dedication, a deep desire even to let go of your programming, conditioning, to become aware of your personality structure and go beyond your own smallness, your own limitations, but these steps thoroughly followed will help you in a huge way.

This is a good article and so very true. It is something I’ve always known. For some reason or another I can not seem to get there in finding that peace inside me that I believe we all are looking to find. I know it has nothing to do with material things or wealth or success. I believe it has to do with finding our spirituality, God, Buddha, Om, or whatever it is we look to as our center, our beginning and our end. As much as I know this in my heart, my mind continues to struggle and at times I feel lonely and empty and would so love to find how to get there.

Thank you so much for this article to read especially when I needed to hear or read something like this with what all is going on in my life now. I am so that person who is too eager to help out or do something for when they need the help and I’m that friend or family member that will drop everything or whatever I’m doing to go help them and I have such a HUGE heart that at times I wish I didn’t have! I do and do when I really can’t afford to do when I’m worried about how am I gonna pay my light bill or buy a few groceries to be able to feed my daughter and. How am I gonna buy back to school clothes and supplies??? When I’m on disability and my Precious daughters daddy only pays my $50 child support a week and my attorney needs $1500 retainer fee and even though we will ask for it back for him to pay it but I can’t even afford that in order to take him to court to get court ordered child support and I’m not trying to be negative or bash him but do the math $50 a week time 52 weeks is only $2600 a year divide that by 365 days that is only $7.12 per day and it’s so hard Now day to be able to provide and feed and keep a roof over our heads but I struggle and try my very best to make it work and I wouldn’t never ever let anyone know I didn’t eat anything that Day because I made sure my daughter got to eat her 3 meals and had her some snacks because as a mom I’m gonna put her 1st and do what I have to do to make it work but it’s so hard at times to put on that brave face and be positive and teach my daughter to be friendly and kind to others and have respect for others and Ben loyal honest and kind and help who ever needs help and be there for someone who needs you during a difficult time. And I am that person that you can count on but when the day is over and done with I can say it was a good day I got to help someone in need Or helped someone out that needed something done and my daughter is loved happy and belly full but can’t help but feel sad that no one is ever there for me or asking if they can help me out or even notice that I’m worried about how am I gonna make it through the rest of the week with only a 1/2 a tank of gas to Take my daughter to school and pick her up or where is our next meal coming from or are my lights gonna get cut off this month. But after reading this article does give me HOPE and makes me want to do better and more for others and STOP feeling sorry for myself or be hard on my own self. Things WILL WORK OUT & when it ALL comes together it will make me feel even more better for myself and my daughter and ALL the good that I have done in my life and for other’s and I have a beautiful daughter who also has a huge heart of gold like her momma it will mean more to us and show others to NEVER GIVE UP that the things you do today for others or yourself or family didn’t go unnoticed because Our Day will come and we will be able to shine even brighter. And I got my huge loving heart from my Daddy who sadly past away a year ago I was a huge Daddy’s Brat Girl and worshiped the ground he walked on and I took careful of him for the last 9 years of his life especially the last 2 years I put my life on hold and moved in with my parents so I could be there taking care of them both but especially for my Daddy and to be there 24/7 for he has dementia Parkinson’s and was a diabetic and my biggest fear was for that one day My Daddy would not know who I was or my daughter but I can Thank the Good Lord up above He always knew me and always called me by my name or my nickname and was there for his last words “but I love you more Sherri” and held husband hand when he took his last breath and that’s another reason why I keep fighting this fight and keep it going because I know he is with me and watches over me and especially now after reading this article along with y’alls other articles y’all post give the the inspiration and desire to succeed even more now. Only POSITIVE THOUGHTS & ATTITUDE from here on out and make each and every day one more step closer to being that better person I know I am. Thank you for your excellent article!! Incredible advise that everyone must follow!! Absolute happiness is following your heart and not your mind! One is extremely happy, living in simplicity, admiring the beauty of nature. A smile brings great joy. Happy people realize that every moment that passes by, never returns! Their age is just a number and deep in their hearts they are always children, playing, laughing, looking at the world with the eyes of a child, no worries, absolute peace! They love to travel and they are humble but very proud! They adore animals and beautiful Mother Nature! They have their own amazing ideas but they are also fantastic listeners and very respectful! this is a very much inspiring article. what I am doing is that I getup in early morning at 4 30 and after fresh up start prayers from Vedas. all prayers are for the well being of all including all life in whatever form they are[including animals and plants ] . I try to treat everybody I meet in a good manner and try to extend my help who needs and expect anything in return. ,avoid crowds since these are distracting the mind too much involvement in worldly talks are avoided. try to keep in contact with people of spiritual inclination and try to keep mind collected .desires are kept minimum possible I am happy even in difficult situations I believe that whatever is happenings are Divine wish and His plans are unknown to us I am not at pleasure hunting I have a peaceful life.

Bliss? Another great article. The only time I ever get brief bursts of bliss is when I’m with my Son, his Fiancé and my Grandchildren. Free from the chains of my daily life among Narcissists, enemies, horrible neighbours, money worries etc etc! I feel free, happy, wanted, a sense of purpose and belonging. Away from my depression den ( my home)! Or, I would feel bliss in peaceful and calm surroundings, listening to the waves lap over the hot sand, me swinging on a hammock enjoying the sun.( me dreaming again)! Or financial security, or helping others. There’s so many ways to enjoy blissful moments and appreciate them while they last. We all have different ideas about bliss and it’s definition. I think peace of mind is a rare but wonderful emotion. In my life just now, I don’t feel it very often. I felt blissful when my Son drove me out of this stupid Street to go to England with him to baby sit for him. The shackles were off! It can be a state of mind, I guess, too. It can be as little as having a coffee after a long day to lying on a Cruise Ship getting tanned and drinking wine! I hope we all find lots of blissful moments
