Bridgete Mongeon Sculptor/writer and speaker

Ms. Mongeon is a sculptor, writer and public speaker.  She is known for her portraits of such entertainers as B. B. King, Willie Nelson and Bill Monroe as well as her numerous sculptures of children.  Much of her work is about tapping into the emotion and essence of individuals who are no longer alive and capturing that essence within bronze for memorials, cemeteries and prayer gardens.  

"How do I capture the essence, not just the likeness but the essence of someone I have never known and who is no longer alive?" That was the question that she posed to herself as she began her writing of "Bringing to Life the Spirit of the Deceased-A Sculptor's Journey."  In the book she discusses her research in the science of empathy behind what some people would refer to as psychic.

She is inviting others to contribute to a new and up and coming book. Perhaps your listeners would be interested in submitting their stories.  The book titled "Kisses from Heaven" is about the unusual occurrences that happen to individuals after the death of a loved one. These are the kisses from Heaven that let them know that the deceased is still around.

Bryan L. Temmer: Founder and President of Alien Apex Resort, Inc.

As a long-time rollercoaster enthusiast and science fiction buff, Bryan Temmer has been thinking about theme parks and extraterrestrials since he was a young child.  Bryan's current mission is to create Alien Apex Resort, the world's first extraterrestrial theme park.

Bryan was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and attended the prestigious Stuyvesant High School, a New York City public high school that specializes in math and science for gifted students.  He received his Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Theater from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989.  While in Albany, he worked as a videographer, performed in local improv theaters, and did an internship at a local TV news station.

Bryan married his high school sweetheart.  They settled in Tampa, Florida, and have two wonderful sons.  He has worked in the insurance industry and, most recently, in the Information Technology field.  He has been a lifelong science fiction fan plus he has always been fascinated with aliens and UFO's.  As an active member of the Planetary Society, Bryan enjoys learning about the latest in space exploration.  He became a member of Toastmasters International, a worldwide organization dedicated to helping its members improve their communication, public speaking, and leadership skills.  He was President of a local Tampa chapter and won several competitions, including the 2007 District 47 (representing Florida and the Bahamas) Table Topics contest.

For the past 18 years, Bryan has enjoyed living in close proximity to three major theme parks.  Over the years, along with his wife and sons, he has been a frequent visitor to the Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and Busch Gardens Africa.  As he enjoyed the many rides and attractions, he also began to think about what makes a successful theme park.  He began to study and research the theme park industry.  He developed his own ideas for attractions and ways to improve experiences at theme parks.  The information that he obtained from his research, his unique and creative ideas, his interest in the alien phenomenon, and his desire to entertain and provide happiness to others were combined to create the plans for the Alien Apex Resort Theme Park.  Bryan became a member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and began communicating with many in the leisure and entertainment industry.  Alien Apex Resort has received extremely positive feedback from many industry experts.

Alien Apex Resort will be the world's first multi-sensory themed experience celebrating the famous "Roswell incident of 1947" and a plethora of other alien and UFO related subjects. Eddie Benitez - Legendary Jazz Guitarist

Legendary guitarist Eddie Benitez was born in Puerto Rico on November 12, 1962. Soon after his birth, his family relocated to Europe. Raised in Italy and Spain, his father Francisco arranged private lessons for Eddie from the legendary classical guitar virtuoso, Andres Segovia. The Benitez family was unaware that their move to New York in 1968 would set the stage for the start of Eddie's extraordinary music career—one that would be launched onto the world stage when he was still just a young teen.

On August 6, 1976, Eddie Benitez debuted with his first concert at Madison Square Garden in front of 20,000 fans. He was just 14 years old. The music sensation of Eddie Benitez started that same year when he signed with Fania/CBS records and released his first album 'Nightlife', which went gold. Six months later saw another hit with 1977's 'Essence of Life', also going gold. In 1983, Eddie signed with the innovative label, Island Records, which produced another hit, "Spirtis". He has performed with legendary stars such as "Father of Smooth Jazz"—George Benson, Barry White, Celia Cruz, Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaria and many others, throughout his career.

Eddie's performing career came to a sudden halt when Eddie was diagnosed with Hodgkin's at the young age of 23. This changed his life forever as he survived the cancer and took time off to reflect on life and spirituality. He continued to write music over the years for many dance acts in the mid 80s through the early 90s. His music is a blend of Nu-Jazz, New Age, and Latin written from his heart and filled with love, passion, and devotion.

Throughout his life, Eddie has had many spiritual visions, including those that occurred while overcoming a heart attack and an unexplained 3-day coma. Eddie has experienced a level of healing in these experiences that mystifies doctors and which he understands in a spiritual dimension. Along with his own healings and visions have come healings for others for whom he has prayed. So mysterious and powerful have these been, it caused him to come under investigation in 1993 by MUFON and other Government agencies regarding massive healings in his Florida home. 'There is no healer, but faith in God, Christ and in yourself,' Eddie told the investigators.

'Fans claiming to see angels on stage' . . . , When Eddie Benitez brought his legendary guitar playing to a private show in Phoenix, Arizona in 2003, angels were the topic of discussion by many people in attendance who claimed to see angelic beings on stage while Eddie performed. This event caught the notice of the media and several movie production companies. Eddie has been asked to do a reality show for the A&E Channel in 2008.

One of Eddie's spiritual experiences was a haunting that was documented and recreated for the Discovery Channel series A Haunting—"Casa de los Muertos," by New Dominion Pictures. The episode also features Eddie's music, past and present. The show originally aired October 26, 2007 and was the series' first minority-based episode. It recounts the story of Eddie's battle with an unknown force that possessed his oldest son. Re-airings of the show are to be announced in 2008 for the U.S., along with a schedule for international viewing. The hit series "A Haunting." produced by New Dominion Pictures, has a total of 4 seasons for the Discovery Channel, and "Casa de los Muertos" was rated as the 1 episode by the Nielsen Ratings. (The lead role in this episode was played by Eddie's son, Julian Sosa, who auditioned and got the role with his relation to Eddie unbeknownst to New Dominion Pictures).

With the overwhelming response to the show airing over Halloween weekend, "Eddie Benitez" was 37 on the "Google Hot Trend List" on Oct 28, 2007 (Google Trend captures the top 100 searches for the day), outranking such searches as "World Series Champions," Nostradamus, Daylight Savings questions, various Halloween searches and many more. Jillian Bullock

Jillian Bullock has been called a modern-day superwoman sports phenomenon and rightfully so. Jillian Bullock, aka The Jaguar, is accomplishing a major feat that has never been done before by a man or a woman. Bullock trains in three very intense and physical sports - boxing, wrestling and martial arts, with bodybuilding thrown in for added measure. And at age 47, her skillful performance is downright extraordinary.

In addition to Bullock's great athletic ability, she is also an award-winning filmmaker and writer.  As CEO of Jaguar Productions, a sports and entertainment company, Bullock recently completed development of her latest film project, "Killing of Innocence - The Story of Jillian Bullock".  The film is based on Bullock's life growing up as an African-American girl raised by a white stepfather, who was also a member of the Italian Mafia.  At an early age, Bullock witnesseS rape, murder and betrayal.  This project is currently being reviewed as a "made-for-televison" development by several Hollywood producers including, FastLane Productions.

Also on the horizon for Bullock is a reality show entitled, "Blood, Bruises and Broken Bones", which profiles "traditional" women in "non-traditional" occupations.  The show is currently in development and is scheduled for production in 2009.

Jillian attended La Salle University.  While attending school, she earned a living as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal newspaper. Upon graduating with a B.A. in Communications, Jillian segued into film, and began her career working as an intern on Spike Lee's film, "Malcolm X.".

Nancy Fulton is producer of BACK FROM IRAQ: The US Soldier Speaks and several related films including the upcoming NO BETTER FRIEND: A Military Ghost Story.  As a professional writer with more than twenty years experience writing books, articles and course materials for a wide variety of publishers, she became a filmmaker in order to document the war stories and personal insights coming from Iraq Vets.

“Let's Start a Love Crusade”

"I am using my motivating, positive outlook to inspire and make a difference for others, especially young people, by giving them the opportunity to see that they have the power to make choices that will better their lives, no matter the circumstance. I provide people with tools that allow them to take back their personal power, to start living their purpose and to love their own uniqueness. I accomplish this through speaking, singing and writing."

After my Dad died I felt I could no longer sing if he wasn't here to watch me. So I created the program "Own the Power Within", a program to help children deal with the issues of bullying.

I thought , "maybe it would be better if I just spoke, not sang. At this point I was questioning whether I could even sing. I felt so confused, out of control and lost. I have never felt so upside down. By choosing not to sing I felt an emptiness that I could not fill."

Meeting Brenda Hounam who has had Alzheimer's disease for 8 years put me back on my true path. I realized that my Dad wanted me to use all my talents. I ended up co writing the song One More Memory. This song was written as a gift to Brenda Hounam who wanted a song to remind her children of her love for them when Alzheimer's disease would rob her of the ability to say "I love you". I now travel with Brenda and my Mum Linda, raising awareness and funds on behalf of people who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. We want people to know that there is hope and possibility in a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The monies raised from the sale of the CD are used to help people who are in the early stages of the disease. Since Sept. 21, 2004 "One More Memory" has sold 8000 copies (a gold record in Canada). We are excited to be taking our message to Romania May 15 2008.

"I have been helping to raise awareness and funds for those living with early stage Alzheimer's disease for almost four years. For me this is important work. Giving back is an essential part of who I am."

I am very proud to represent "Kids Help Phone" as an artist ambassador. "Going to schools, impacting the lives of young people through music is very important to me. I share about my personal struggles, triumphs and lessons learned, in hopes of giving new insight into what they may be experiencing. I want them to know they are not alone."

I realized through my previous work with young people that so often tools of life are missing. Young people are told so many things ... be confident, stop worrying, be yourself, move on.

From this knowledge I have created my newest program UPower® concerts "Building Character through Lyrics" which incorporates speaking & singing, sharing with young people life tools that will guide them to take responsibility for their actions, to motivate them to take on their lives in a very powerful way and to have a new appreciation & respect for themselves & others.

In addition to Bullock's great athletic ability, she is also an award-winning filmmaker and writer.  As CEO of Jaguar Productions, a sports and entertainment company, Bullock recently completed development of her latest film project, "Killing of Innocence - The Story of Jillian Bullock".  The film is based on Bullock's life growing up as an African-American girl raised by a white stepfather, who was also a member of the Italian Mafia.  At an early age, Bullock witnesseS rape, murder and betrayal.  This project is currently being reviewed as a "made-for-televison" development by several Hollywood producers including, FastLane Productions.

Also on the horizon for Bullock is a reality show entitled, "Blood, Bruises and Broken Bones", which profiles "traditional" women in "non-traditional" occupations.  The show is currently in development and is scheduled for production in 2009.

Jillian attended La Salle University.  While attending school, she earned a living as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal newspaper. Upon graduating with a B.A. in Communications, Jillian segued into film, and began her career working as an intern on Spike Lee's film, "Malcolm X.".

In 1995, she formed Jaguar Productions, Inc., a film and sports entertainment company.

Nancy Fulton: Writer/Producer

Nancy Fulton is producer of BACK FROM IRAQ: The US Soldier Speaks and several related films including the upcoming NO BETTER FRIEND: A Military Ghost Story.  As a professional writer with more than twenty years experience writing books, articles and course materials for a wide variety of publishers, she became a filmmaker in order to document the war stories and personal insights coming from Iraq Vets.

Her new film, which is about a US MARINE who returns from a near future war with Iran, is being developed with Hollywood's leading military and tactical team GUNMETAL GROUP which was founded my USMC Master Sergeant Matt Sigloch (retired) and Staff Sergeant Jon Barton.  GUNMETAL's cadre of 50+ military professionals has appeared in hundreds of feature film and television shows, including JAG, JERICHO, NCIS, LIONS FOR LAMBS, etc.

“Let's Start a Love Crusade”

"I am using my motivating, positive outlook to inspire and make a difference for others, especially young people, by giving them the opportunity to see that they have the power to make choices that will better their lives, no matter the circumstance. I provide people with tools that allow them to take back their personal power, to start living their purpose and to love their own uniqueness. I accomplish this through speaking, singing and writing."

After my Dad died I felt I could no longer sing if he wasn't here to watch me. So I created the program "Own the Power Within", a program to help children deal with the issues of bullying.

I thought , "maybe it would be better if I just spoke, not sang. At this point I was questioning whether I could even sing. I felt so confused, out of control and lost. I have never felt so upside down. By choosing not to sing I felt an emptiness that I could not fill."

Meeting Brenda Hounam who has had Alzheimer's disease for 8 years put me back on my true path. I realized that my Dad wanted me to use all my talents. I ended up co writing the song One More Memory. This song was written as a gift to Brenda Hounam who wanted a song to remind her children of her love for them when Alzheimer's disease would rob her of the ability to say "I love you". I now travel with Brenda and my Mum Linda, raising awareness and funds on behalf of people who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. We want people to know that there is hope and possibility in a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The monies raised from the sale of the CD are used to help people who are in the early stages of the disease. Since Sept. 21, 2004 "One More Memory" has sold 8000 copies (a gold record in Canada). We are excited to be taking our message to Romania May 15 2008.

"I have been helping to raise awareness and funds for those living with early stage Alzheimer's disease for almost four years. For me this is important work. Giving back is an essential part of who I am."

I am very proud to represent "Kids Help Phone" as an artist ambassador. "Going to schools, impacting the lives of young people through music is very important to me. I share about my personal struggles, triumphs and lessons learned, in hopes of giving new insight into what they may be experiencing. I want them to know they are not alone."

I realized through my previous work with young people that so often tools of life are missing. Young people are told so many things ... be confident, stop worrying, be yourself, move on.

From this knowledge I have created my newest program UPower® concerts "Building Character through Lyrics" which incorporates speaking & singing, sharing with young people life tools that will guide them to take responsibility for their actions, to motivate them to take on their lives in a very powerful way and to have a new appreciation & respect for themselves & others.
